Awaken to the power and potency of your breath through this curated Ceremony experience. This journey opens you to the heart of Self, when everything else falls away. Whether this is your first breath journey or you have journeyed many times, may this be the journey that ignites the path forward. Breathwork 101 is a deep dive into your Evolution. At the end of the journey, we'll explore continuing into Mentorship. These journeys can be very powerful and I am available within the week following our ceremony for a One-on-One Zoom call to answer your questions for the Evolution Program. We will schedule this call prior to completing the session.
